WELCOME
A Safe Bed. A Clear Path. A Strong Exit.
Redemption Homes provides structured transitional reentry housing designed to help individuals move from incarceration to stability, employment, and long-term self-sufficiency. Our model is built on a simple promise:
“A bed creates safety. The Redemption Pathway uses that stability to build documents, health connections, accountability, skills, income, financial capability and a permanent housing plan.”
We believe in second chances, strong community partnerships, and a proven pathway that transforms lives while strengthening Guilford County and beyond.
